The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held from the March 20 calendar (page 1928), would be held to

     "An Act relating to the Joint Armed Services Committee; relating                                                           
     to judge advocates; relating to military facility zones; and                                                               
     providing for an effective date."
